How to measure

Use a soft tape in centimetres, over your skin or a thin unpadded bra. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight.

  • Underbust — around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Breathe out normally before you read the tape.
  • Bust — around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
  • Waist — around the narrowest part of your waist.
  • Hips — around the fullest part of your hips.

  • Hand wash in warm water (up to 30°C) with plain soap or shower gel.
  • Avoid laundry detergents and products with bleach or chlorine — they damage the elastic fibres.
  • Dry at room temperature, away from heaters; it dries in about 2 hours.
  • Avoid wearing with rough fabrics, hooks or Velcro that can snag the mesh.
